I Never Learn

Li’s most recent release, I Never Learn is a masterpiece and was brought to life with the AMAZING production skills of Björn Yttling, which resulted in an unparalleled collection of power ballads that are soon to make this young Swedish star a household name worldwide.

Much like Angel Olsen’s also excellent album from this year, Li isn’t exactly blazing new territory in terms of emotional revelation but is in uncomfortable territory, realizing that her voice is her own and using it for what feels true to her.

It's a monumental epitaph of a record, the kind of reflective self-eulogising that's admirable and deserved of widespread adoration.
