American blues singer and songwriter. Born Maggie Parker, she joined [artist:18c1e06b-fe76-4802-b070-53a2f6b707bd|John Mayall]'s backing band in the late 1970s, eventually marrying him and taking the name Maggie Mayall. They divorced in 2011.
