=== Biographical notes === '''Isidoro Ramírez Sánchez''' was born and raised in El Bajio, a small village of Mazatlán Municipality, close to the road that goes from Villa Union to Siqueros, after the El Roble village. His father started to teach him playing the tenor horn (which is generally called 'Charcheta' or 'Armonia' by the band's musicians) when he was six. When he was sixteen years old, he replaced the tenor horn with the trombone and started playing publicly. In 1963, [artist:76ae2b58-8895-4775-96b1-74e38cb636d8|Don Cruz Lizárraga Lizárraga] invited him to work as a member of [artist:1e7b781d-2616-4d8a-b194-99ace90659e2|Banda el Recodo] where he played the trombone for 27 years. In 1993, he launched his own orchestra [artist:bb8ac50a-4fbd-4215-91e1-6e71cd8dcffe|Banda Chilolos] that reached both national and international notoriety and toured in the US. After 2015, Isidoro Ramírez Sánchez mostly dedicated himself to training young musicians to better cope with family constraints and obligations.
