This group released as both the Hayden Quartet and the Hayden Quartet on Berliner releases and as the [http://musicbrainz.org/artist/04b504ec-fb94-415f-8875-977162c75c16.html|Edison Male Quartet] on Edison releases. They used the American Quartet name on all releases by other companies, including Edison-Bell releases circa 1902 and American Record Company releases. This is '''not''' the same "Original American Quartet" of this era that was recording for Reed, Dawson, and Company.
