Disambiguation: there appear to be multiple Artists named Michael O'Neill. This Artist is mentioned in two jazz compilation Releases. One is named ''Never Too Late'', and there is a CD [http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/moneill|Never Too Late by Michael O'Neill] in CD Baby. On the strength of this I've added a link to the bio of CD Baby's Michael O'Neill, and filled in a comment identifying him as an LA-based jazz guitarist. It's possible, though, that I'm conflating two different Artists. Anyone with better evidence, please feel free to improve this Artist entry.
