The band actually existed in three quite separate incarnations, with quite different lineups, during the following spans of years: 1977-1979 Björn Afzelius Band I 1989-1991 Björn Afzelius Band II 1994 Björn Afzelius Band III All albums released by the first incarnation have "Björn Afzelius Band" as the credit however, and the others mostly have Björn Afzelius as the name on the cover.
