Terrific acrobatic jazz quartet featuring some of the best italian improvisers: '''Roy Paci''' on trumpet (Aretuska, Manu Chao, Pascal Comelade, Zu, Macaco, Tonino Carotone, Mau Mau, Daniele Sepe, Vinicio Capossela, Ivano Fossati, Piero Pelù, Samuele Bersani, Teresa De Sio, Subsonica, Nicola Arigliano, Africa Unite, Il parto delle nuvole pesanti, Corleone, Trionacria, Banda Ionica, etc etc…), '''Edoardo Ricci''' on sax (Ricci-Sanna, Jealousy Party, Neem, etc…), '''Jacopo Andreini''' on drums (Enfance Rouge, Bz Bz Ueu, Nando Meet Corrosion, Bossa Storta, etc…) and '''Helmut Cipriani''' on six string electric bass. Every track is a violent spank, the composition is dense, the textures are stunning. But don't be reasured by the resounding starting themes, here you will see netless acrobatic improvisers, you won't know where the next step is, between whirling abysses and marvellous lyricism openings. And it's not a miracle when they land on their own feet, they know what they are doing... You will be guided through this funhouse made of Roy's acute notes, Helmut's crunchy bass, Jacopo's rumbling drumming, Edoardo's juggling. And Edoardo rules also with his post-disneyan judgment day comics in the booklet and with his wonderful poem (ask for translation!) in one track. Trust them and you will get out alive.
